General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and the ordering purchase, fulfilment and delivery of products from www.millydent.com. Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order. These Terms and Conditions contain important information about the ordering, processing, fulfilment and delivery of goods or services from this website. Milly Dent Design is registered for GST, and shipping is calculated based on cart total and includes GST.

Delivery Policy
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. Single orders within Australia are charged at a flat rate starting at $12. The unit postage rate is reduced for multiple purchases.  If you would like to purchase express or international shipping please contact me at hello@millydent.com for a quote prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on international orders.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. Any returns or refunds are at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our postal address in its original undamaged condition.
